BTV Residential Sound Insulation Program Phase 4 Bid Documents

Sealed Bids for the Residential Sound Insulation Program – Phase 4 will be received at the Office of the Director of Aviation, Burlington International Airport, via e-mail only (PDF format) to Larry Lackey, LLackey@btv.aero, until 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, April 25, 2024.

The work generally consists of sound insulation treatments for up to 16 residential properties in South Burlington, VT. The scope of work for each home may include but is not limited to; window and door replacement, HVAC system installation and associated electrical work, insulation, drywall installation, finish carpentry, and painting.

A virtual non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM. This will be your opportunity to learn more about the scope of the project.
