BTV Residential Sound Insulation Program Phase 5 Bid Documents

Sealed Bids for the Residential Sound Insulation Program – Phase 5 will be received in person at the Office of the Director of Aviation, Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. On that day and at that time, the bids will be opened publicly onsite at the Wright Room at the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, to confirm that all requirements have been met and the Contractor’s proposal will advance to the evaluation stage.

The work generally consists of sound insulation treatments for up to 6 residential properties in South Burlington, VT. The scope of work for each home may include but is not limited to; window and door replacement, HVAC system installation and associated electrical work, insulation, drywall installation, finish carpentry, and painting.

Bidders will not be able to access the individual homes during the bid process. Attempting to contact property owners will be considered a violation of the bid process and your bid may be disqualified.
